We are hiring!

Position: Projects Executive Mechanical
Location: Karachi
Education: B.E / B.S (Mechanical or Industrial Engineering)
Experience: Minimum 3 years

Brief for duties and responsibilities:

• To prepare RFQs for various small and medium projects of both operational and strategic nature
• To liaise with functional departments for smooth execution of projects and operational activities
• To be proficient in site lay outing, quality control, following up with contractors from start to handover of project
• To comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc
• To manage, design and develop small-scale mechanical projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner
• To manage budget and purchase equipment/materials
• To conduct on site supervision of mechanical works
• To assess potential risks, materials and costs
• To provide advice and resolve any emerging problems in work
• To oversee and liaise on with a variety of stakeholders
• To monitor progress and compile reports in project status
• To report progress of projects on daily, weekly and monthly basis
• To hand over the resulting projects and services for use
